Prof. Thomas Borén, CSO
Thomas Borén, DDS, PhD, (born 1960) is Professor at Umeå university. His scientific interest includes molecular genetics and pathogenesis of Helicobacter pylori. He has published a number of papers in high-ranked journals in this field. He has recieved many prestigeous awards, and his discoveries in the H. pylori field has been noticed both at the international as well as the national level. He is the main inventors on the original H. pylori patent applications.
